Rebuilding Together is a national US non-profit organization working to preserve affordable homeownership and revitalize neighborhoods by providing free home repairs and modifications to low-income homeowners.
2015: We have rehabiltated 3 Homes with over 60 volunteers
NEW FLORIDA MAJORITY & OUR VOTES MATTERS
The New Florida Majority is an independent organization working to increase the voting and political power of marginalized and excluded constituencies toward an inclusive, equitable, and just Florida. We believe in a participatory democracy where people can be their whole selves. We train grassroots citizens to be leaders, mobilize communities to vote, educate the public to share our values, and inspire Floridians to take action toward their dreams. We organize people, ideas, and resources to build a powerful new vision for Florida’s new majority. A cornerstone of our beliefs is defending and expanding the voting rights of all citizens, including those who are new to the country, raising children on their own, struggling to make a living, or returning from incarceration. We believe that a strong democracy for all makes a better Florida for everyone.
OCTOBER 2014 We launched our first Our Votes Matter Campaign Approaching the 2014 Midterm Elections. We felt it was extremely important to remind everyone of how important our votes are!..
Through Social Media, eblast and and Phone Bank Event we made a difference! Every Vote Counts!

HEALTH NOIR
Health Noir is the premier health education and promotion organization by and for people of color.
They are dedicated to increasing access to health education, positively changing perceptions about physical fitness and total wellness, and decreasing barriers to healthy lifestyle choices among people of color.
By affording people of color opportunities to transition to and maintain healthy lifestyles, our eventual goal is to decrease disparities in chronic disease incidence and outcome.
SocialXchange Has partner with Health Noir and Created a Hip Hop Fitness Series "Soul Fit" to encourage our Social Network to begin healthy living
SMILEY'S VOICE FOUNDATION, INC
Smiley's Voice is a non profit dedicated to help decrease the number of people who die yearly as a result of stroke by targeting young adults, providing resources, and preventative education.
Founded by the family and friends of Michael Hylton, Jr. also known as “DJ Smiley”. Michael Hylton, Jr. was born April 13,1980 in Brooklyn, New York.
At birth he was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect called “Tetralogy of Fallot” and had corrective surgery when he was 2 1/2 years old.
He lived a normal and healthy lifestyle, without medical restrictions, until the morning of November 21, 2009 when he became a victim of the third leading cause of death in America - STROKE.
His family and thousands of friends had to face the harsh reality of losing someone who was both very special and loved. Sadly, Michael did not recover and faced an untimely demise on November 22, 2009 at age 29

Sickle Cell Natural Wellness Group Inc. (SCNWG), a 501c3 non-profit organization,was founded in August 2010. The mission of SCNWG is to support health advocacy and build global awareness for Sickle Cell Anemia. Our organization advocates using natural modalities such as plant-based nutrition and holistic methods to alleviate Sickle Cell pain crisis. Our dedication is to better the lives of those living with Sickle Cell Anemia and the Sickle Cell trait through education and healthy lifestyle choices.
They are the only organization dedicated to truly treating Sickle cell, without risking side effects. We are bettering the lives of sickle cell patients and will continue to do so until the end of time. Our goal is to reach the corners of the earth with sickle cell awareness, and help those who cannot afford to help them selves.
